This project focuses on using the design thinking process to create a banking application for unbanked elderly individuals. I identified a significant gap: many elders feel excluded and intimidated by modern digital banking. My goal was to overcome this digital divide by crafting a simple, accessible solution that promotes financial inclusion and builds confidence for this demographic. The result is a user-centric app that makes technology an enabler rather than a barrier.
